I took my vehicle in for service and upon receiving it back the license plate bracket that was originally on my car was replaced by the dealers license plate brackets. I did not authorize this change to be done to my vehicle. I had to leave town for a week snd when I returned to see Service Managers I was told they were between service managers. I was then told it was their policy to put on their dealership brackets and when cars are service there. Meant to see if my original bracket was there but said because it was a week it was not. I was also told if it was a personalized bracket then they wouldn’t have removed it. But the issue is it was my property and not there have been to remove it.

Bobby the service advisor that helped me was great! He was the only SA there that morning and had to write the tickets by hand. He took care of everthng with a smile on his face and he was super friendly.

Going to Freedom Chevrolet in Fort Montgomery, has been a great experience. Every time I have my car serviced I receive excellent care. Chayne was very efficient & respectable. I also enjoy the waiting area with the fish tank & tv. It's very comfortable and they also keep me posted on how long my car will be.
