I thought I set an appointment on line but when I called to confirm it did not show. But I was asked when would I like to come and they took me right away. Frank the service writer explained my options for service and immediately called a tech. An hour later I was out the door! Great customer service the way it should be!

My experience at Freedom Chevy in Fort Montgomery, NY was excellent. The service department was prompt, friendly, helpful, and communicated very well. I then worked with the sales side of the house to lease a new Silverado and they were also great. I had Angela and couldn't be more pleased. Long story short, I left with a new 2026 Silverado lease and I'd definitely go back.

Everything went very smoothly! The front desk staff was very helpful, efficient, professional and courteous. I was able to wait in the lobby for my vehicle's service to be completed. They started on time and completed the service quickly. Really appreciated the customer service and I plan to be back to Freedom Chevy for my next vehicle needs and services. Mine only concern was that I was charged an additional 4% simply for using a credit card. Why? My service bill was about $500 and the 4% additional fee added another $20 to my car bill...!? Next time I will go to the bank first and bring a sizable amount of cash to settle my bill.

Eugene was wonderful. My truck was in for about 5 weeks. For the first 2 weeks or so, Eugene was not involved or my POC, but once he was identified as my POC, he was absolutely the best. The service and care was unmatched and very much appreciate his assistance.
