I had an excellent experience, Juan Pineda was an amazing sales rep.

Had a couple minor warranty issues. Was able to get a same day visit where both issues were addressed without hesitation. Thanks for the support and speedy service

Excellent service. Not only was I taken at the appointment time but Eric kept me very informed. I do not typically give high grades on service repair, but on this day it was top notched. Kuddos!

I took my vehicle in for service and upon receiving it back the license plate bracket that was originally on my car was replaced by the dealers license plate brackets. I did not authorize this change to be done to my vehicle. I had to leave town for a week snd when I returned to see Service Managers I was told they were between service managers. I was then told it was their policy to put on their dealership brackets and when cars are service there. Meant to see if my original bracket was there but said because it was a week it was not. I was also told if it was a personalized bracket then they wouldn’t have removed it. But the issue is it was my property and not there have been to remove it.

Bobby the service advisor that helped me was great! He was the only SA there that morning and had to write the tickets by hand. He took care of everthng with a smile on his face and he was super friendly.
