At the time of your visit, the wiper blade needed for your 2007 Buick Lucerne was unfortunately discontinued and not available in stock. Our team did explain this and offered to order the correct replacement for you. In the meantime, we installed a new wiper blade on one side and left the existing blade in place so your vehicle remained safe to drive. We also completed your oil change and all other services, and everything checked out properly with your vehicle during your visit. As a courtesy, we would like to make this right—once the correct wiper blade is ordered, it will be provided and installed free of charge as approved by our Assistant Service Manager, Eric. We always aim to be transparent and provide the best possible service given the circumstances, and we’re sorry if this situation caused any frustration.
